• For each of the searches, the trial official dictates where I am allowed to stand and I am not allowed to move around during any of the searches.
• All videos are .mp4 format (should play on both Mac and PCs computers);
• If you send payment for videos and you don’t receive them within 3 weeks, please contact me immediately.

To Purchase Videos:  please read the following details and purchasing instructions before making your purchase

1. Videos prices range from $25- $28 per search depending on the trial level.
   • Final prices will be sent in the notification email for your trial.
2. A full user license is automatically included with these purchase prices. Feel free to use the videos however you like.
3. If you’d like to wait for some sample videos to be posted before you decide if you’d like to purchase the videos of your searches, it usually takes about 2 weeks after a trial to post a few sample videos from each day of the trial.
4. REFUND POLICY: Once I send you an email with the link to the videos, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED unless there is a technical glitch or malfunction with my equipment that I managed to miss or if I happened to upload the wrong video.  You are responsible for reading and understanding all the information contained on this page before submitting your payment.  Email Maria at maria@sniffnewengland.com if you have any questions before submitting your payment.
   • For example, I will happily provide a refund in situations where an equipment malfunction prevents me from recording a portion of your search.
   • However, if you changed your mind about purchasing a particular video and or made a mistake regarding the specific videos you intended to order, there is no refund once I send the email containing the link to your videos.

Instructions for Purchasing: 

• Please sign up to be notified when your trial videos are available. You are not committing to purchasing the videos by signing up. Signing up allows me to notify competitors that videos are available to purchase. Videos will only be sent after payment is received.

Where are my Videos?

Once payment is received, the timing for when you will receive a link from wetransfer.com will vary depending on the type of videos purchased.

You will receive a single video of the search. If multiple cameras are used, the video will splice the multiple views together. Video links are typically sent out within 6-7 business days of payment.
